We’re on the lookout for a Facility Manager to lead all attraction maintenance, ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance, and support our teams in delivering unforgettable experiences for families from across the Netherlands and beyond. As our Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and safety of the attraction, ensuring that our rides, play areas, facilities, and LEGO® features are operating at their very best. You will: Lead the Technical & Facilities function at the attraction, ensuring legal compliance, safety, and operational readiness at all times. Plan and execute preventative maintenance programmes for all attractions, equipment, and building systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimise downtime and support a seamless guest experience. Manage on-site contractors and external partners, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Oversee stock management, tools, spare parts, and maintenance budgets. Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records. Play a key role in health & safety, risk assessments, and emergency procedures. Support wider attraction projects, refurbishments, and new installations. Collaborate closely with the Operations, Guest Experience, and LEGO® Model teams to ensure everything on site looks great, works perfectly, and delights our guests. Qualifications & Experience You are a proactive, solutions-focused technical professional with a strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems and a passion for delivering great results. You will bring: Previous experience in a technical, facilities, engineering, or maintenance role — ideally in a leisure, hospitality, attractions, or similar fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of technical safety standards, risk management, and compliance requirements. Experience managing contractors and overseeing planned maintenance schedules. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. A hands-on approach — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Great communication skills and the ability to work with teams across the attraction.
