YOU’LL:

  • Lead the delivery of Safe, Quality Cases On Time at the Lowest Cost.
  • Design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks including:
  • Standard Work
  • Daily Management
  • A3 Problem Solving
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Kaizen
  • Build and sustain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Drive strategic change with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute annual operating and 5-year capital budgets.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in:
  • Safety, Quality and Reliability
  • Yield
  • Line Efficiency
  • Labor Efficiency
  • Spending
  • Champion safety initiatives including PPE enforcement and the FIFI (Find-It, Fix-It) program.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and Food Safety standards.
  • Stay current on manufacturing trends and evaluate new technologies for implementation.

You’re a natural leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years of food manufacturing experience
  • Proven success in Lean Six Sigma deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and BI tools.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and team development
