Description

We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to oversee and manage our facilities operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. The role involves planning and managing facility projects, supervising maintenance staff, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality services within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with departments to allocate resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
  • Review quotations for services and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance updates on facility projects.
  • Ensure safety standards are met and staff are trained in equipment use.
  • Supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead people effectively.
