In facilities and infrastructure management at PwC, you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces, including maintenance, security, and space planning. Lead and oversee all facilities management operations for PwC's premises, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, health & safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives. • Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and service delivery for hard and soft services, including maintenance, cleaning, and catering. • Liaise with PwC leadership, building management, and contractors to address operational needs and deliver high-quality workplace experiences. • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime. • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets. • Manage a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordinate logistics and support for corporate events, VIP visits, and office relocations. • Lead the handover process from the project manager and contractor, preparing and managing the snag list, and coordinating with the landlord (LL) to ensure completion of landlord-related snags. • Manage facilities operations for the Alexandria office, collaborating with teams in other countries to share information, best practices, and operational data.
