ABOUT YOU

  • An experienced Facility Manager seeking a meaningful role with a not-for-profit provider, or
  • A Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience, ready to step into your first permanent Facility Manager position
  • Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience (2+ in leadership)
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
  • A passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced or emerging Facility Manager to lead our team at Peter Sinclair Gardens, in Hawks Nest - a 64-bed residential aged care home within a wonderful community.
The facility is known for its strong care culture, positive accreditation history, and a committed team. As the Facility Manager , you’ll oversee all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance:
