About the role: The Facility Manager is a key leadership role for the facility, located within Mona Tait Residential Aged Care Kaleen , 80 bedded residential aged care home with additional services. As Facility Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance: Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Manage compliance, accreditation, and resident safety Drive financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards Build a positive, engaged culture across the home Foster continuous improvement and service excellence. Our expectation is that you: Are an experienced Facility Manager seeking a meaningful role with a not-for-profit provider with a minimum of 3 years experience with Facility Management. Are a leader with strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
