This full-time position manages and supervises all facility events and ensures that custodians are properly managed. The Facility Manager is responsible for the development of a strategic plan, and as it relates, the timely and consistent progress towards those goals for the facility. They will be accountable for executing the facility maintenance goals. This position is responsible for the integrity and for the reputation of our Facility.

Primary Job Functions
This information is intended to be descriptive of the key responsibilities of the position. The following examples do not identify all duties performed by any single incumbent.
1. Develop, implement, and maintain all aspects of facility maintenance to include but not limited to volleyball and basketball equipment, storage closets and overall facility.
2. Manage custodial staff in accordance with the attached Budget Plan.
3. Communication with the custodial staff regarding work schedule.
4. Direct supervision, hiring, training and if necessary, disciplining of all custodians.
5. Develop and execute all in-house maintenance logs and cleaning expectations.
6. Develop quarterly maintenance initiatives and ensure they are completed in timely manner.
7. Provide concessions inventory updates, place the orders and stock the concessions.
8. Coordinate with Sysco, Buckeye and other entities to ensure the facility is fully operational at all times.
9. Ensure vehicle fleet is in compliance with Texas laws and regulations.
10. Coordinate repairs and maintenance of vehicle fleet to include fuel and cleanliness.
11. Assist the After School and Summer Camp coordinator with various duties.
12. After School pickup and vehicle security.
13. Assist the Director of Basketball Operations with basketball leagues and tournaments.
14. Provide a positive and constructive environment for all customers.
15. Provide clear and thorough communications to all customers.
16. Work closely with the VP of Operations and Director of Operations on achieving all facility goals.
17. Coordinate with venue space utilization manager for use of courts and other resources.
18. May be assigned other duties.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
1. Close working knowledge with AAU and their rules and regulations.
2. Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
3. Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
6. Capable of learning various other software platforms to be used to create efficiencies and communications to staff, parents and athletes.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including but not limited to setup and take down of net systems.
