Description
You will manage day-to-day facility activities to keep our site safe, compliant, and efficient. You will work closely with engineering, operations, contractors, and site leadership. Responsibilities - Coordinate and execute building maintenance, repairs, and minor construction works to meet safety and regulatory requirements. - Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring safe systems of work and timely delivery of scope. - Support operation and upkeep of utilities, including water treatment, effluent systems, HVAC, and other site equipment. - Maintain accurate records, maintenance logs, and documentation for audits and compliance. - Support budgeting and cost control for facility activities and identify opportunities for savings. - Participate in EHS inspections, risk assessments, and initiatives that improve sustainability and site performance. Education, Experience and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field. - 2 - 3 years’ experience in facility management, maintenance, or construction. - Practical knowledge of mechanical and civil drawings and basic technical documentation. - Experience working with contractors and understanding of workplace safety requirements. - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work on-site in Pakistan. - Knowledge of effluent treatment plant operation and water management. - Experience with maintenance planning tools or work order systems. - Familiarity with sustainability by design principles and energy or water conservation measures. - Experience supporting budget planning and cost-control activities. - Certifications or training in health, safety, or facility management.
