As our Facility Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative, operational, and financial support to keep our venues running at their best. From managing work orders to coordinating vendors and tracking budgets, you’ll help ensure Moda Center, Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and our affiliated facilities are safe, efficient, and ready for events of all sizes. You’ll be a key connector—working with internal teams, tenants, and contractors to make sure everything runs smoothly, sustainably, and on schedule.

They’re skilled at managing schedules, tracking information, and coordinating with teams, vendors, and partners to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
