About Us:
Next Golf is a growing chain of premium indoor golf simulator facilities across Ontario. Open 24/7, 365 days a year, we deliver a modern, accessible golf experience for players of all levels. We are currently seeking a full-time Facility Operator & Customer Service Representative to support ongoing operations, maintenance, and customer care across multiple locations.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a resourceful, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities remain functional, clean, and welcoming, while also supporting customer service needs and light technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general facility maintenance (e.g., turf replacement, screen changes, mounting and assembly)
  • Identify and resolve basic simulator and technical issues on-site
  • Report facility damage or operational concerns to the head office
  • Provide phone-based customer support in a professional, friendly manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of simulator bays and common areas
  • Support set-up and equipment maintenance at new and existing facilities
  • Travel to other locations within Ontario as needed for scheduled support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or customer service
  • Comfortable using tools and performing light repair work
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Tech-savvy and confident working with software platforms and digital tools
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and install equipment
  • Golf knowledge is an asset but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
