Job summary: Responsible for managing multiple projects and monitoring to ensure guaranteed energy savings. The role demands exceptional communication abilities to collaborate with entities and internal departments at Tarshid Main Responsibilities: -Ensure all projects are properly monitored and maintained and meet the agreed energy-saving and operational targets. -Support in planning, implementing, and facilities equipment maintenance program. -Supervise maintenance schedule and follow up for the execution to minimize downtime. -Ensure smooth project handover and transition to O&M phases. -Provide support in installation, repair, maintenance, and alteration of production support machinery, equipment, and building. -Making sure the Equipment is achieving the desired guaranteed savings. -Support in conducting maintenance cost as a proportion of Asset Replacement Value to support the decision whether or replace/repair and when the asset should be replaced. -Ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards through reporting about practices if unsafe or adversely impacting the environment. -Ensure operations are efficiently maintained by completing project functions on time and budget. -Support facilities engineering and technically assist plants in areas of installation, startup, repair, training, and modification on power transmission. -Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations. -Maintain effective communication with entities, vendors, and internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth operations -Proactively identify opportunities for improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency. -Manage the complying occupational health and safety standards. -Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field, Masters’ degree is preferable. -Relevant Professional Certification (PMP, etc.) is preferred. Experience & Skills: -5+ years of experience in a relevant role, Preferred in Energy sector. -Language: Professional proficiency in English required, fluency in Arabic is a must. -Interpersonal: Effective communication skills (written and verbal); open to working in a multicultural environment Technical: -Knowledge of the functions and operations of major electrical & mechanical equipment. -Knowledge of the engineering principles and practices of the facility's engineering service. -Knowledge of the standards, codes, and regulations about the construction, and maintenance of structures and facilities, and Knowledge of modern materials, methods, and techniques of design, construction, installation, and maintenance of structures and facilities.
