The MACSima™ microscope enables cyclic immunofluorescence with over 100 markers on a single sample, offering unparalleled depth in spatial proteomics. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of these experiments, including sample preparation, instrument operation, data pre-processing, and scientific interpretation. You will collaborate closely with internal and external research partners, including the bioinformatics team and will contribute to the development of new projects related to advanced multiplex imaging.
In addition to your primary responsibility for MACSima workflows, you will be embedded within the Princess Máxima Imaging Center team. You will serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues and provide expert support across the broader imaging portfolio. You will be actively involved in antibody validation, user training and technology development. With your strong scientific background and independent working style, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity, scientific excellence, and strategic development of the facility.
