KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answering phone calls: Handle referrals and pre-authorize patient visits. * Appointment scheduling: Ensure accurate scheduling and manage patient appointments efficiently. * Paperwork management: Complete intake forms thoroughly and ensure they are finalized before visits. * Electronic health record (EHR) management: Maintain and update patient charts. * Payment collection: Oversee and process patient payments daily. * Administrative tasks: Type notes, letters, and marketing materials. * Clinic upkeep: Help with the cleaning and upkeep of treatment areas. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * A passion for patient care and a dedication to continuous learning. * Experience in a medical office setting is a plus. * Understanding of health insurance processes is preferred. * Strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with patients.
