Mission We are seeking a highly qualified Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Databricks Federal LLC. This position is critical to ensuring our rapidly growing technology company maintains strict compliance with National Industrial Security Program requirements while also effectively managing the operational separation between our Corporate parent and Federal subsidiary operations. The successful candidate will implement our facility security strategy, manage our facility clearance program, ensure adherence to federal LLC mandate requirements, and ensure strict adherence to all industrial security compliance obligations. Key Responsibilities Facility Security Officer (FSO) Duties Partner closely with Corporate Security to lead the company’s industrial security program as the FSO and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility security and clearance matters with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other government security agencies Maintain facility clearance and ensure compliance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ​​Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards, and related requirements Prepare SF-328, KMPL and other Change Condition requirements Oversee personnel security clearance processes, including initial investigations, periodic reinvestigations, employee site visits, and incident reporting Build and conduct security briefings, debriefings, and ongoing security awareness training and travel briefings for cleared personnel in conjunction with broader Corporate Security Team efforts Perform security inspections and audits to ensure continuous compliance Partner closely with the Corporate Insider Threat Team to investigate and report security violations or incidents Maintain policies and procedures to ensure organizational separation between the corporate parent and federal subsidiaryHQ and Federal LLC Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments Maintain documentation demonstrating adherence to federal LLC mandate requirements Coordinate with legal counsel on compliance matters and regulatory interpretations Maintain current knowledge of evolving federal regulations and requirements affecting operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience as facility security officer (possessing facility preferred) Previous experience as FSO for Commercial Technology company supporting both DoD and IC clearances Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, NBIS, NISS, eQIP, and SWFT Previous experience operating or supporting a federal contracting subsidiary of a technology company preferred Security Requirements Current Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI access if required Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of NISPOM, ​​ICD and related federal security regulations Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
