Purpose: Ensure Facility Services are provided for safe, efficient, and functional operations of all WH sites. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:  * Perform light maintenance to company buildings, i.e., repair door, patch drywalls, unstop plumbing, and replace light bulbs * Assist Facility Services Tech II or III as assigned * Report to Facility Services Tech III or Department Supervisor on maintenance issues * Perform Preventative Maintenance on facilities as assigned * Maintain building grounds from rubbish or debris * Complete work orders or any other tasks as assigned * Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment * Respond to all “On Call” notifications and emergencies when assigned * Relocate furniture and equipment as required * Maintain effective communication and interact appropriately, effectively, and professionally with all members of our health care team, patients, and vendors * Perform any other tasks necessary for the safety and welfare of our patients, staff, and visitors * Assist in courier duties, housekeeping duties, or other duties when needed Other Duties:   QUALIFICATIONS   Required: * Valid North Carolina driver’s license Preferred: ADA Physical Demands: Rarely (Less than .5 hrs./day) Occasionally (0.6 – 2.5 hrs./day) Frequently (2.6 – 5.5 hrs./day) Continuously (5.6 – 8.0 hrs./day) Physical Demand Required?
