Description
We are looking for a Facility Site Manager to join our Operations Division and take full ownership of the new site’s day-to-day operations, services, maintenance, and logistics. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility for ensuring a high-quality and efficient work environment. \n What will your job look like: Full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of Mobileye’s Ramat Gan & Tel Aviv sites as part of the Operations Division. Oversee all facilities services including cleaning, security, maintenance, logistics, catering, and office services. Manage ongoing relationships with vendors, contractors, building management, and maintenance teams. Lead operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost optimization and service quality. Coordinate cross-functional needs with departments such as HR, IT, Procurement, and Security. Handle office supply orders, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Manage site budget, payments, and monthly reports. Ensure business continuity and emergency readiness at the site. On-site full-time presence, with availability outside of regular working hours when needed. All you need is: 5+ years experience in medium to large sites/facilities/operations management – must. Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and operational workflows. Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management systems (CMMS). Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written). High tech facilities management - an advantage. Bachelor's degree — an advantage. Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
