WHAT’S NEEDED- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service
  • High school diploma or GED required

WHAT’S NEEDED- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Janitorial/Sanitation or Breakroom industry experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in B2B sales or customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key contributor within the Facility Solutions sales model, supporting and driving sales initiatives for Janitorial/Sanitation and Breakroom product categories
  • Engage with existing and potential Staples Business customers via online chat, email, phone, video conferencing, and digital channels
  • Sell a range of products and solutions including cleaning chemicals, paper products, dispensers, hand soap, sanitizers, safety supplies, and coffee programs using effective sales techniques
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless service and optimize client outcomes
  • Handle pricing requests, customize quotes, and present proposals to organizational stakeholders
  • Utilize marketing materials to demonstrate product and service value
  • Manage sales pipeline, review account spend, and process quotes using digital tools
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established performance targets
