JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Supervisor / Facility Engineer to manage day-to-day operations across assigned residential and/or commercial sites. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in facility or maintenance supervision and must hold a valid UAE driving license.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
• Diploma or Graduate in Engineering, Facility Management, or relevant technical field.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MEP and civil maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and report-writing abilities.
• UAE experience preferred.

• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams on-site.
• Coordinate and monitor daily MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and site cleanliness.
• Attend to unit-level maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support renovation, fit-out, and small-scale project activities.
• Ensure all staff follow proper grooming and site conduct standards.
• Maintain checklists, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for services and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all locations.
• Report major issues and escalation points to the Facility/Operations Manager.
