Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, in Santa Ana, CA, is currently hiring for entry-level Facility Technicians to join our team! This position is responsible for performing a variety of labor, material handling, waste processing, and facility support duties in a fast-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will work with both hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams while maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures. Work Schedule: Multiple schedule options available. 1st Shift (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM), 2nd Shift (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM), & 3rd Shift (8:00 PM - 4:30 AM). Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs; however, overtime is not guaranteed. A respirator fit test is required and is completed during the pre-employment physical examination and drug screening process. Employees must be able to meet respirator fit requirements, including maintaining a clean-shaven seal area when required. Employees working in positions with potential exposure to regulated waste materials may participate in the company's occupational health program. This may include the Hepatitis B vaccination series, which is provided following hire in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
