HOURLY WAGE
ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour - $28.00 per hour.
SUMMARY
The Facility Technician is responsible for Operation, Replacement, Repair and Maintenance of general building related infrastructure. Work involves the lifting of heavy materials and apparatus, and may be performed in areas of extreme heat, cold, and/or noise. Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns. Ensure preventive maintenance inspections are completed, and necessary repair are always made. Ensures that work area/plant is always clean, safe, and that managed/generated utilities meet delivery specifications. Oversees contractors, routine and preventive maintenance work to ensure work is performed appropriately and in a safe manner. Communicates with ISS and Customer operations management teams, tenants/utility system end users, and Business Unit Stakeholders. The Facility Technician requires an Apprentice/Generalist Craftsman skillset.
