Circare is seeking a Forensic ACT Team Leader who will be responsible for the overall management of the Forensic ACT Team
Pay Range: $75,000 to $95,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide management and administrative functions, including staff supervision, planning, reporting and budget management.
  • Will act as the clinical supervisor, guiding the FACT Team staff in clinical decision-making.
  • Conduct regular individual supervision meetings
  • Lead daily service planning meetings
  • Direct day-to-day operation of the FACT program
  • Ensures compliance and quality
  • Collaborate with community partners
  • Interviews/hires/trains new staff

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling with NYS Licensure (LMSW. LMFT, LCSW)
  • Prefer experience with multi-disciplinary in-home and community-based services
  • Strong background in recovery-based and person-centered behavioral health services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Experience using electronic health record programs
