JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Factory Assistant to join our printed carton manufacturing team. The role involves supporting machine operators, handling materials, packing finished products, and keeping the factory floor clean and organised.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous factory or packaging experience is an advantage but not essential
· Ability to carry out tasks that involve manual handling
· Willing to work shifts and overtime when needed
· Team player with a good attitude and attention to detail
· Full training will be provided

· Assist in machine operation and material handling
· Pack, stack, and palletise finished cartons
· Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
· Help with loading and unloading materials
· Perform general factory duties as required
