As Factory Director, you’ll own and lead all aspects of our new manufacturing site. From production and warehouse operations to purchasing, finance, and systems, you’ll be at the helm of scaling a state-of-the-art facility. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Custom Design, you’ll shape strategy, drive execution, and ensure the factory becomes a benchmark for performance, efficiency, and safety.

• Lead and manage the factory across production, warehouse, purchasing, finance, and systems.

  Own and monitor the P&L, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and output growth.
• 
  Translate group-level strategy into clear, actionable factory roadmaps.
• 
  Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team for the site.
• 
  Establish and track KPIs, driving continuous improvement across departments.
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Represent the factory in group-level leadership forums and act as the main escalation point for operational and financial issues.
• 
  Oversee final setup, including equipment purchases and partnerships with local service providers.
