St. James Smokehouse (Scotland) Ltd is looking for a factory engineer to work as part of our team manufacturing smoked salmon.
The successful candidate will be a competent engineer, with some background of electrical, mechanical and refrigeration maintenance experience. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
General housekeeping maintenance will be expected to be carried out when required and flexibility on overtime is essential.

The shift pattern is typically Monday - Friday 6.00am - 14.30pm.
All appropriate PPE will be provided.
Salary will depend upon experience and will be negotiated upon successful interview.
