• Ensure that all fabrication processes are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Monitor the quality of fabricated aluminium products throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols in the fabrication area.
• Conduct safety training sessions for fabrication technicians.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
• Collaborate with production managers to develop fabrication schedules.
• Ensure that materials and resources are available as needed to meet production targets.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or priorities.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of fabrication equipment.
• Schedule routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly.
• Provide training and development opportunities for fabrication technicians.
• Mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
