We’re looking for a reliable Factory Hand / Labourer to help service and maintain our hire equipment, including braces and props, while supporting warehouse picking, packing and dispatch. Key responsibilities Service and maintain hire equipment, including braces and props, to a high standard Remove debris and concrete residue from props using power tools Safely store braces and equipment in designated locations Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing goods Check quantities, quality and condition of goods, and verify paperwork Record shortages and assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy Store goods correctly and ensure exits, fire equipment and accessways remain clear Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse, yard and driveway areas Complete and return all relevant paperwork promptly and accurately About You Experience in warehouse, factory, yard or labouring roles Comfortable with physical work and manual handling Good attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual and a strong team player Forklift licence advantageous but not essential Why join us Stable full-time role Supportive team environment Varied, hands-on work Excellent team and company culture with benefits/rewards program Opportunity to grow your skills in a growing business PSA celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
