ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ensure the factory floor is kept clean, safe, and well-organised to support efficient operations.
• Carry out minor maintenance and improvement tasks, such as:
• Re-painting benches, touch-ups, and general upkeep.
• Cleaning and basic care of equipment and tools.
• Dismantling, adjusting, and rebuilding racking and shelving systems as required.
• Re-marking and maintaining floor lines and signage to ensure clear and safe working areas.
• Conduct routine housekeeping checks and proactively address any hazards or issues.
• Perform basic maintenance inspections on equipment and facilities, escalating any concerns to the relevant teams or supervisors.
• Support health and safety practices at all times, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide general assistance to colleagues and other departments as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the factory.
