We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our aluminum & glass facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with proven experience in factory operations and business development.
Requirements:
· * 10+ years’ experience in the aluminum & glass industry.
· * Degree in Industrial or Structural Engineering (or related field).
· * Strong leadership and team management skills.
· * Ability to acquire new projects and clients.
· * Knowledge of quality, safety, and production systems.
Responsibilities:
· * Manage daily factory operations and production efficiency.
· * Lead teams and ensure quality and cost control.
· * Develop strategies to grow factory output and profitability.
· * Bring in new projects/business opportunities.
· * Collaborate with other departments for smooth project delivery.
