Factory Manager -Cotton Spinning Industry A Well Known & Reputed Cotton Spinning Corporate Located in Egypt currently calling for A Strong and Solid Proven Experience in Maintenance & Technical Background Factory Manager . Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Operational Excellence Ensure the factory meets or exceeds daily production targets Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing machine downtime and optimizing spindle speeds. 2. Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight Oversee the lab and quality team to ensure yarn meets customer specifications regarding CSP (Count Strength Product), IPI (Imperfections). 3. Maintenance & Asset Management Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance for high-value machinery (e.g., Rieter, LMW, Truetzschler, or Saurer) to prevent breakdowns. Spare Parts Inventory: Manage the inventory of critical spares and consumables to ensure zero production halts due to part shortages. 4. Leadership & Compliance Workforce Management: Oversee a large labor force across three shifts. EHS (Environment, Health, & Safety): Enforce strict safety protocols, particularly regarding fire hazards (common in cotton mills) and dust control (suction and ventilation systems). Audit Readiness: Ensure the factory is always ready for social and technical audits Required Technical Expertise StageManagerial FocusBlowroom & CardingEnsuring optimal opening/cleaning and fiber parallelism; minimizing fiber damage.CombingControlling the "Noil %" to balance quality requirements with cost-efficiency.Ring SpinningMonitoring end-breakage rates, spindle speeds, and traveler life cycles.Winding/AutoconerEnsuring perfect splicing and package density for the next stage of manufacturing.
