OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. REQUIREMENTS

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems for tracking production metrics.
• A degree in engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all employees.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports on production performance, challenges, and opportunities for management review.
