Position Overview We are hiring a Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Wadi El Nile Pickled Food Factory located in El Khattaba. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in food manufacturing, proven experience in factory management, and deep knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000). Responsibilities Manage all factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse. Oversee production plans to achieve monthly and annual targets efficiently. Ensure implementation of quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor resource utilization, cost control, and waste reduction. Develop and enforce SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate with top management on performance reports and budgeting. Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience: 10–15 years in food manufacturing, including at least 5 years in factory management. Proven experience managing preserved or pickled food production lines. Skills: Leadership and team management. Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability. Deep understanding of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel reporting. Working Conditions Location: El Khattaba – Wadi El Nile Factory (Km 84, Cairo–Alex Desert Road). Working Hours: Full-time on-site. Environment: Industrial food production facility.
