We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Operatives to join our production team. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the factory, helping to prepare, pack, and handle products to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the preparation, packing, and labelling of products.
• Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Operate machinery and equipment (training provided).
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Comply with health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies at all times.
