We are seeking reliable individuals to become part of the manufacturing team as operatives responsible for the manufacture of class leading silicone and organic rubber hose products.
Essential Individual expectations
· Understanding of a work safe mindset and culture
· Reliability and honesty
· Proactive and effective communicator both written and verbally.
· Self-confident
· Display a positive can do attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and attributes.
· Ability to multi task
· The ability to follow written instruction and basic engineering drawings
· This is a shift based role that will require flexibility in working patterns
Desirable skills but not essential
· Experience in the manufacturing of silicone and Organic hose products
· Previous experience working in a FMCG environment
· Familiar in the use of ERP software for the booking in/out of material and parts.
· Familiarity of Continuous improvement processes and 5S culture
· Computer literate
· Familiarity of a ‘right first time’ approach.
