DESCRIPTION:

Timberline is growing, and we’re looking for hardworking, reliable people to join our dynamic factory team at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Armidale.
We pride ourselves on crafting high-quality bathroom furniture, delivering excellence to customers across Australia. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production line moving smoothly and efficiently.
Available Shifts
We currently have full-time positions available across two shifts:
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM Fridays, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Skills & Experience
We’re seeking applicants who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Reliability and strong punctuality – showing up on time, every time
Physical fitness and stamina – capable of working on your feet and lifting as needed
Attention to detail – takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
Commitment to safety – understands and follows safe work practices
Ability to work in a team environment – collaborates well and contributes to team goals
Good communication skills – able to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
Willingness to learn – open to training and developing new skills
Basic numeracy and measurement skills – helpful for machine operation and cutting tasks
