SUMMARY

We are seeking a Factory Manager to lead our operations in Canada. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes as we establish our presence in the Canadian market. The Factory Manager will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• College diploma or above; experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of production management experience; food factory experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, staff management, and inventory processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• R&D capabilities or process optimization experience is a plus.
