What you do In this role, you will undertake mission-driven assignments to support finance teams during key absences, while implementing lasting enhancements. As a Squad member, you will assume existing responsibilities, guarantee seamless business continuity, and pinpoint opportunities to optimize processes. Continuity / Backfill: Assume responsibility for essential operational duties during employee absences Ensuring all critical deadlines—such as invoicing and month-end closing—are consistently met, Maintaining precision and compliance across all assigned activities. Process Improvement/Uplift Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement in daily operations Document processes and develop clear, concise guides to facilitate seamless handovers Propose and pilot practical enhancements such as error reduction, automation, and standardization. Collaboration Build trust with local finance teams by listening attentively and adapting to their specific context Communicate findings and improvement proposals clearly and diplomatically Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer to the returning employee.
