SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Factory Supervisor to join our team in Laval. This pivotal role will oversee our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality that align with our commitment to customer satisfaction and brand excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in food or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Ideally we are looking for a candidate with more than five years of hands-on experience in managing plant operations, ideally in a BRC-certified food facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to effectively motivate and manage employees, as well as experience in coordinating production schedules.
Basic mechanical knowledge is also required. This position has working hours from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
:- Manage floor employees by:
- Scheduling employees according to the production schedule.
- Effectively managing employee break times.
- Serving as a backup during employee breaks.
- Oversee pallet inventory management.
- Manage miscellaneous inventory orders.
- Ensure employees adhere to their job responsibilities.
- Serve as a backup for Quality Control (QC) when needed.
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met.
