Company: Guy Carpenter Description: Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office: Facultative Reinsurance Team Leader (1 year contract) We will count on you to: Lead teams in Singapore and India covering technical accounting and claims. Analyze client challenges using data insights. Work with Client Support Services (CSS) team to review and setup complex contracts in system. Prepare materials and participate in strategic meetings. Develop processes to resolve operational issues and maintain standards and ensure CSS team operates within procedures and professional standards to achieve all processing SLAs. Work with key brokers to on developing processes to meet client servicing requirements for complex accounts. Manage team performance, development plans, and training. Facilitate training sessions for all CSS colleagues as applicable to support, and guidance to less experienced Colleagues and help develop department resources. Approve leadership reports and present technical information/ metrics to key stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Implement quality assurance and stay updated on regulations. Take on strategic projects as required. What you need to have: More than 10 years of reinsurance experience. Prior experience in Facultative Reinsurance is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent Microsoft suite skills including Excel and Power Automate. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
