JOB DESCRIPTION
Petroc is a highly successful institution, delivering education and skills training in Devon and beyond and has an exciting opportunity for a part-time, Faculty Administration Assistant.
The main function of this role is to provide appropriate administrative support to enable the business support teams to run efficiently and effectively under the supervision of the relevant team leader. To provide all learners and visitors accessing the college with excellent customer service at all times, ensuring where appropriate that their needs are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable experience in supporting with learner & employer data entry into required systems,
to maintain & update information on College systems and to provide customer service in person, telephone & via email to learners, parents & employers as required.

If you are a business or industry professional new to teaching, you may be eligible for additional support and mentoring to help you achieve your Level 5 Certificate in Education through Taking Teaching Further (TTF).
