FIXED TERM UNTIL 31ST JULY 2026

The Faculty of Science and Health are seeking to appoint a passionate and committed individual to join the Faculty Administration team. The successful candidate will provide the wider Faculty Senior team with comprehensive administrative support by liaising with colleagues from across the University, arranging travel, diary management, servicing committees and event organising / coordination. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, as this role will be a point of contact for staff, students and external stakeholders to the Faculty.
The post holder will work closely with the Lead Faculty Administrator and Faculty Support Manager, to assist with supporting the Faculty School Administrators within the four Schools with administrative tasks that underpin a good student experience.
The successful candidate will be part of a diverse team of administrators of varying levels and will demonstrate problem solving and strong organisational skills. It is essential to have excellent IT skills, including experience using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google or Microsoft Teams.
