The Faculty Manager will play a crucial role in managing the faculty, supporting the Divisional Manager in developing the curriculum and services.

Faculty Manager - the role:

  • Leadership & Management: Line manage Programme Area Leaders (PALs) and Trainers.
  • Curriculum Development: Assist in developing Military Trade Training and Civilian qualifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure target pass rates and high satisfaction survey results.
  • Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration across MKC Training.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate within the Faculty and across MKC Training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commit to excellence through quality systems and continuous improvement.
