You will teach in the MBA program (weekend modular format) with a strong focus on case-based and ProSit-based learning. Deliver executive education programs, work with senior leaders and organizations to design and deliver customized learning experiences. This role provides an exciting opportunity to bridge academic insights with corporate leadership development, shape the next generation of MBA students, leaders and Senior executives; engage in a dynamic and flexible teaching environment that values applied learning, leadership insights, and real-world impact; leverage your expertise in academia or industry to influence both the business and academic communities; and collaborate with global business leaders, HR executives, and faculty experts in leadership and talent management. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Pedagogy (MBA & Executive Education) Deliver high-impact courses using case-based and ProSit (Problem-Solution-Impact-Transfer) methodologies. Teach MBA students and executives in leadership, workplace culture, human capital strategy, and performance management. Design and facilitate action-learning experiences such as business simulations, leadership workshops, and executive coaching sessions. Curriculum & Program Development Design and update MBA and executive education curricula to reflect industry best practices in people management, leadership, and corporate culture. Develop customized executive education programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients in HR, leadership, and talent strategy. Integrate real-world corporate challenges, organizational case studies, and leadership frameworks into learning materials. Student & Executive Engagement Mentor and guide MBA students in leadership development and strategic HR roles. Provide executive coaching and professional development insights to senior leaders participating in executive education programs. Supervise applied projects where executives work on organizational transformation and performance improvement initiatives. Industry Collaboration & Thought Leadership Academics: Engage in high-impact research and publications on leadership, workplace culture, and human resource strategy. Practitioners: Contribute real-world insights from HR leadership, consulting, and corporate transformation projects. Engage with corporate partners and industry stakeholders to enhance the executive education experience. Weekend & Executive Teaching Commitment Teach in the weekend modular format for MBA students. Deliver executive education programs on-site, online, or in hybrid formats, catering to corporate clients and senior professionals. Work collaboratively with business leaders and organizations to tailor executive education programs to their leadership and HR needs. Required Qualifications: ✔ For Academics (MBA & Executive Education Faculty): Ph.D. or DBA in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, Corporate Culture or Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited institution. Must hold the rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor with experience in Master of Business Administration, Executive Education, or Corporate Training. Proven expertise in case-based teaching, experiential learning, and leadership development. Strong research and publication record in Human Resource Management, Leadership, or Corporate Culture. ✔ For Practitioners / Consulting Experts (Executive Educators & MBA Faculty): Minimum of 10 years of senior-level industry experience in HR leadership, talent strategy, Corporate culture transformation, performance management, executive coaching, or organizational transformation. High level expertise in corporate culture transformation, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Experience in executive education, leadership training, or corporate consulting is highly desirable. Strong ability to connect academic concepts with real-world executive challenges.
