ABOUT THE ROLE
As Faculty Review Coordinator, you will lead initiatives to enhance assessment and feedback across the School of Medicine’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Working closely with academic teams, you’ll drive evidence-based improvements that reduce assessment load, maintain academic excellence, and elevate the student experience.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how assessment and feedback are delivered across the School of Medicine’s BSc and Postgraduate Taught programmes. You’ll work closely with academic teams to map assessments, identify areas for improvement, and help reduce assessment load while maintaining academic standards. You’ll lead data analysis, coordinate focus groups, and present your findings to senior stakeholders to shape meaningful change. From improving feedback quality to enhancing student experience, you’ll be driving initiatives that make a real impact. You’ll also stay ahead of sector trends, contribute to strategic planning, and support the delivery of key education projects across the College.
