Each interaction with workshop participants, faculty and fellow staff members, creates the Omega experience.  Job Description Faculty Support Part Time Concierge: non-exempt, part-time; on average 21 hours per week. Reports to Event Services Manager and Faculty Support Manager. Summary To provide excellent service to Omega’s faculty ensuring that their workshops run smoothly and seamlessly.  Our ability to offer the highest services to the faculty, enables them to offer their very best to our participants. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Event Services: * Preparation of classroom supplies, binning same for delivery by crew to each classroom.  * Organization and maintenance of the Supply closet. * Provide general administrative assistance to Event Services Manager & field assistance to the Production Crew as needed. Faculty Support: * Preparation of faculty welcome packets including: Campus Schedules, personalized schedules, workshop rosters; guest room keys, badges, etc. * Greeting/welcoming faculty as they arrive on campus, personally escorting to their guest room and including a short orientation tour (golf cart) for faculty new to Omega. * Ensuring that faculty receive all documents in their package; ensure that any materials sent ahead of time have been delivered to the relevant classroom. * Respond promptly to radio calls and remain in close communication with the Manager and/or Assistant Manager to take care of needs as they arise. * Will be required to operate a golf cart and learn how to communicate effectively using two-way radio. * Preparation of classroom supplies, binning same for delivery by crew to each classroom.  * Organization and maintenance of the Supply closet. * Other duties as required by the Supervisor. Work Details * This position functions in Omega's administrative offices, and in the field on the Omega campus. * This is a part-time position, 21-28 hours a week, depending on operational need. The day-to-day schedule varies, weekend availability is required.  * Part Time Seasonal Staff live in tenting areas on Omega's campus. The individuals are assigned a platform that is tarped to provide rain coverage. Staff bring their own tent (no larger than 10x10). Physical Requirements * Ability to frequently move items that weigh 50 pounds for various needs. * Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. * Ability to traverse a hilly campus in diverse weather conditions. * Ability to position self to perform diverse job tasks as necessary. * Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.  Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. * Ability to work in a constant sate of alertness and safe manner.  * Ability to observe details at close range. Required Experience/Qualities  * Some computer skills. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. * Detail oriented. * Timely, reliable and service-oriented individual. * Team player and ability to work under pressure.  * Valid Driver’s License.  * Alignment with Omega’s Mission, Goals and Core Values.
