We are currently recruiting for Failsafe Officer to join our team at Oxford Hospitals NHS FT. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and diligent individual with good IT skills, to assist, develop and effectively manage databases to failsafe Antenatal and Newborn Screening programmes within OUHFT.
The successful candidate will ensure that failsafe processes and screening pathways are completed in a safe and timely manner and work within the Antenatal and Newborn Screening Team to make essential contribution to ensure high standards of care for all the maternity population.
The Failsafe Officer will also work in conjunction with the members of the multi-disciplinary team and assist in any clinical audit using appropriate audit tools to evaluate and develop best practice.
Previous experience in Antenatal and Newborn screening is desirable. If no previous experience a full induction programme will be provided.
