* Provádět elektrické analýzy pro podporu externích zákazníků, kvalifikaci nových produktů a řešení zákaznických reklamací v oblasti automotive * Pracovat s laboratorními měřicími systémy – měřit elektrické parametry polovodičových součástek a hledat příčiny jejich selhání * Připravovat vzorky pro analýzu: dekapsulace, odbrušování vrstev, příprava modulů * Lokalizovat poruchy pomocí pokročilých metod, jako jsou OBIRCH, PEM, LIT * Provádět detailní kontrolu vadných oblastí pomocí špičkových technik: SAT, SEM, FIB, TEM * Spolupracovat s vývojem, kvalitou i výrobou na identifikaci a odstranění příčin poruch onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
