Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment. Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Failure Analysis & Reliability Engineer to join their team! In this role, you will lead product reliability and failure analysis activities, investigate component and system-level failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability. Perform root cause analysis on PCBA, electronic components, and systems Analyze failures from customers, field returns, and production lines Lead CAPA activities and reliability improvement initiatives Work closely with R&D, Production, and global customers Collaborate with suppliers and external analysis laboratories Drive product reliability improvements and Design for Reliability (DfR) activities for future products Prepare technical reports and present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Requirements B.Sc. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory 5+ years of experience in Electronics Engineering, Hardware, Product Engineering, Integration, or Hardware Quality roles Proven experience in Failure Analysis and component-level / PCBA troubleshooting – Mandatory Hands-on experience with electronic test and laboratory equipment Experience with power systems, drives, power supplies, or servo systems Experience working with global customers and suppliers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, investigative mindset High level of English (written and spoken) – Mandatory Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
