JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring for multiple positions which will report to the Fair and Responsible Banking Analytics Manager and support the U.S. Bancorp’s Company’s Fair and Responsible Banking Program Policy (“Policy”) by performing discrimination risk analytics testing and monitoring activities covering a wide range of products, services, and focal points applicable to the Company.
These positions will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of statistical models, statistical analysis, and incorporating business policies, procedures, and systems knowledge to ensure robust and comprehensive analytics. They will also collaborate with the Fair and Responsible Banking stakeholders of various levels within the organization, including Corporate Compliance, Model Risk Management, Audit, Legal, and Business Line personnel, to help ensure the effective performance of the Policy and related programs.
The positions require an understanding of business objectives and key fair and responsible banking risk drivers across the product lifecycle. In addition to SAS and analytical skills, the successful candidates will be expected to communicate results concisely to a broad audience, including senior management.
