Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Responsibilities Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service To monitor maintenance of the physical Fairmont Gold product Handle escalated guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas, ensuring follow up is completed Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty Personalize service with guests during their time in the lounge Assist when needed with all areas of Fairmont Gold operation Audit Front Desk operations to ensure all service standards are practiced Audit cleanliness of all lounge areas, including food service areas and storage Attend meetings in Fairmont Gold Manager’s absence Complete all ordering for Attendant/lounge operations Monitor and report food consumption and waste Ensure food and service standards are being maintained Maintain strong relationships and communication with Kitchens and other teams to ensure all guest needs are met Train all new colleagues joining the team To follow department policies, procedures and service standards according to Forbes and Michelin Key standards To follow all safety policies Other duties as assigned What is in it for you: Paid time off Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K Complimentary shift meal Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies and Educational Assistance for further development Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!
