Job title: FalconWorks Senior Entity Security Manager Location: Frimley. Salary: £63,900+ dependant on experience What you’ll be doing: Leading on the development/maturation of Operational Security Policies and Procedures supporting FalconWorks growing portfolio of SMEs Leading the team and providing direct security support to SMEs across multiple sites in the UK Delivering security support to relevant entities, within the bounds of the BAE Security Frameworks/Sector level CONOPs, including defining BAES approach to delivering security outputs in support of new M&As Drawing on SME Site Security Managers and Security Controllers, delivering a cohered and effective ‘one team’ approach Working in partnership with the Entities and drawing on support from the wider BAES, develop and implement operational security measures that are proportionate and enable the Entities to be agile and achieve its operational priorities Maintaining key stakeholder relationships with senior managers across other Lines of business, Sectors and Group security functions Supporting the Head of Security in driving security culture, behaviours and communication across the Entities Your skills and experiences: Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the security world Experience securing technology and or R&D delivery within a commercial, government or SME setting, an advantage Ability to operate and have impact at cross-jurisdictional and strategic levels, with excellent networking skills, and judgement Be a self starter, with the Ability to work collaborative, to contribute to team projects and to deliver against timeframes with limited supervision International travel will be required as part of this role Benefits As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive. The FalconWorks Security Team Under the general direction of the Head of Security - FalconWorks, the role will lead on Entity Security within the Falconworks LoB. Responsibilities will cover the secure operation and associated compliance with all UK and partner security standards across the various facets of the LoB. Why BAE Systems?
